Source code
Figure 1: Source code from a page of an LC’s websites ‘http://moderngov.lambeth.gov.uk/uucoverpage.aspx’ shows us that the open source software project Drupal is used for a website that distributes council documents that record democratic process to its citizens. Drupal is a database backed website content management systems that normally runs with .php file suffixes. Yet the website runs with .aspx file suffix’s. From this we can infer that the Anite@work document management system (DMS) provides the functionality to publish LC select documents on the Drupal website. An examination of this code reveals complex associations between LC departments, democratic process, members of the public, browser technologies, and a DMS that also stores council tenancy, and leasehold documents implicated in the regeneration of CGE.
